We are absolutely thrilled to have  Dr. Julie Robinson Molina join our practice as we grow in 2008! 

Dr. Molina is a native of the small eastern NC town of Aurora. She's one of those individuals who list her childhood pediatric dentist as one of the most influential people in her life.

We are very excited to have Dr. Molina rejoin our TEAM!  After graduating with her BS in Biology and prior to starting dental school at UNC, she worked in our office for 14 months as a dental assistant.  Dr. Elliott has been mentoring Dr. Molina since 2001, as we all knew she would be the right fit for our office TEAM!

Dr. Molina graduated in the top of her class with honors from the UNC Dental School in 2005 and will complete her additional three years of Pediatric Dentistry Residency training and Masters Degree prior to joining our TEAM. 

Dr. Molina won several awards for her research on “Root Fracture Diagnosis in Children and Adolescents” and her findings have been accepted for publication in the Journal of Dental Traumatology.  Her research also won her a 2006-2007 OMNII Award and a first place finish in graduate student competition in the Sod’s 2007 Table Clinic Competition.  She presented her findings at the 2007 IADR meeting in New Orleans and AAPD Annual Session in San Antonio.  Dr. Molina is a 2008 Graduate Student Research Award Finalist as well.
